Happy Mother’s Day! Top 10 cartoons of the week

The dreaded rub of holiday cartoons - editors love them, and cartoonists hate to draw them. But it's undeniable that Mother's Day cartoons were popular with editors this week, as our two most-reprinted cartoons were celebrations of mothers everywhere. 

Editors also ran cartoons covering a smorgasbord of topics, ranging from federal charges against Rep. George Santos to Vladimir Putin's paltry "one-tank" military parade.
